Senior Executive Symposium
May 2-5, 2016, Cornell University, Ithaca, NY / Apply

IAVM's Senior Executive Symposium (SES) is a 4-day leadership immersion for senior-level venue managers and other individuals on a leadership track inside their organization. SES curriculum rotates each year through three areas of focus: Visionary Management, Strategic Planning and Leadership Culture.

SES 2016 will focus on Strategic Planning for Leaders.

Co-developed by IAVM and Cornell University, the course inspires executives to lead their staff with creativity, collaboration and a well-rounded management philosophy.

Set in the collegiate think-tank of the stunning Cornell University campus in Ithaca, NY, SES is four inspired days of focused training and intensive discussion designed to broaden and enrich executive perspectives on business operations and culture.

Space for this sought after program fills early and quickly, as the capacity of SES is intentionally maintained to ensure an optimal experience. For more information about SES, contact Bill Jenkins, Director of Meetings, at Bill.Jenkins@iavm.org.
